The KarmaCap manufacturing process begins in a pharmaceutical-grade clean room at a state-of-the-art factory.
KarmaCaps are made of polypropylene and are 100 percent recyclable. Both design and production both are approved with statistical quality control that meets high expectations.
Caps are created using injection molding and a spin weld process, which creates the patented hermetic, or airtight, seal between the cap and its base. The seal protects the injected liquid or powder ingredients. Predetermined quantities of liquids or powders are measured, injected, filled, and assembled and then shipped to manufacturers.
KarmaCaps' components can include UV blockers or tinting to optimize resistance to UV rays. The caps are sufficiently robust to withstand the industry-standard rigors of shipping, handling, and storage.
